Halcyon Health is a technology and services platform assisting patients with substance use through the full continuum of care. Less than 4M of 23M people with Substance Use Disorder receive any care at all and only a fraction of those receive evidence-based care despite the fact that coordinated care, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), peer recovery coaching and social determinants are all proven to correlate to better outcomes.
